Problem with the installation of Adobe Pro on IMAC

I purchased Adobe Pro and when I try to instal it on my IMAC after 50% of downloading the installation stop without success, same on adobe free could you help me please ?

what's your os?do you have a subscription or perpetual license?are you seeing a problem during installation or during download of the installation file?
