Problems opening PDF files in Acrobat DC

When I try to opt PDF files with acrobat DC I get this error message: There was an error opening this document. There was a problem reading this document (11).

Also when I try update Photoshop CC I get Update Failed Errigs encountered during installation U44M1P7
