Problems while converting PDF in XLS. Misleading area with header

Using Acroabt DC Pro (CCT app) with Win7Pro64bit.

I have a 70 pages PDF to convert in XLS and some areas are not converted in the new XLS file.

It seems the converter thinks these areas are headers (which are not converted in the xls file) and then skips...

The strange fact is that if I reduce the number of pages (ie the first 4) then the problem disappears.

A good workaround (I don't know how to do) could be to set Acrobat converting all the PDF, headers included.
