problems with complement "Acrobat" in Word and Excel (Office 365)

Hello. I have problems with the complement "Adobe" in Word and Excel in Office 365. I have the paid version of Acrobat DC but seems like an incompatibility between both programs for the complement. However, it works fine in Power Point and Outlook. I already received Microsoft support, but they couldn't solve it. Thank you.
