producing a PDF/X-1a:2001 file from a word document

Hello,

I have just downloaded a version of Acrobat Pro DC.

I would like to test this version by producing a PDF/X-1a:2001 file from a word document (.doc) which  contains Chinese and French characters.. This is probably easy but I have not found out how. Can someone help me?

Once done, I would like to make sure that all my fonts are embedded. How do I do this?
