Product code not working.

Sept 2005 I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I've upgraded ever time a new version came out.  Now I'm getting a request to input my serial number when I try to use the software.  I looked online (adobe login) and got my serial number and it want take.  What can I do?
