protect from printing
I created a PDF file and protected from printing. It works on my PC. When I send out the file through email the receiver was able to print it. I want to know how to protect the sent out file from printing?

You would need to use DRM protection (which is very, very expensive) to do it.
What you did should have been enough, but unfortunately there are many (non-Adobe) PDF viewers out there that do not enforce the security restrictions as they should.
