Proxy prompt although all online features are disabled

Hello,

I am administrator in our company and I have problem/question.

Although I disabled all online features using the Configuration Wizard, Reader DC and Acrobat DC still ask for proxy credentials until the users enter their data + check box 'save it'.

Why does the Reader asking for the credentials and for what?

Most users don't know what "proxy credentials" are although they use them every day at the internet browser - sad but true.

And this circumstance causes error tickets. I am tired to say: "just enter your 'internet credentials' " >.<

Is there any way to stop this prompt ?
