purchased the wrong system product, can we get the proper one replaced?

Hello,

Our company purchaser bought the Mac adobe acrobat reader professional, but she should have bought a windows 7 system version.

Can I send the disk and bill to get a windows 7 version back? The reseller cannot take back the disk and since the box was opened, cannot refund us.

1st, Reader is a FREE program Reader downloads https://get.adobe.com/reader

2nd, as far as I know, Adobe only offers refunds for direct purchases, not for a vendor purchase
