Radio button calculation Help?

Questions :

1. Do you have a car? - available answers are - O Yes or O No
If answered yes, a value of $100 needs to be assigned, if no, then zero assigned

2. Do you have a bike? - available answers are - O Yes or O No
If answered yes, a value of $100 needs to be assigned, if no, then zero assigned


At the end I need the form to tally the total amount based on the answers. Is this possible with adobe/adobe sign?
