Re-enabling the Learn More quick tips tutorial that appears on a fresh install above the Search bar on "Recent" files Home tab in Acrobat DC

Does anyone know how to Re-enable the "quick tips" tutorial that shows the big blue "Learn More" button above the Search bar on the Recent section of the Home tab in Acrobat DC?

I have a training computer where this tutorial was X'd out (top-right of the header) and I can't figure out a way to get that header to show again. I know the actual tutorial shows in the recent file list as homeacro1_12_0_0.pdf, but I want all my training computers to look the same with the header at the top.

Is a re-install my only option?
