I purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard DC a few months ago and my laptop crashed and now I need to re-install but it wont' let me use the redemption code a 2nd time. How do I re-install a 2nd time without having to purchase another license? Please advise.
Did you purchase it through a Student/Teacher discount? If so, you just need to insert the serial number you got and it should work. If you have a subscription then just log in to your account and it should activate automatically.
