Does the acrobat standard DC version allow redaction? I am using the 30 day trial Pro version...and it does...but I can't find anything about whether the feature is limited to the Pro version only...

Actually, it is possible to create and apply redactions in the Standard version, but it requires using a script.

For example, this tool which I've developed and which can be purchased from here allows you to convert regular comments to redaction markups and then apply them, using the same technology that's available in Acrobat Pro: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Convert Comments To Redactions

Hi ,

Acrobat standard does not allow you to redact PDF'.
