Redistribute a form and maintain extended functionality

Hi,

I have created a fillable form and I've distributed it via Adobe Distribute tool. Page 2 of the form was invisible (using page template).

I have received the responses back and I have imported the content into the Tracker. I now need to make page 2 visible on each form (not a problem), save the form with a unique name, and email the form(s) via normal email exchange to the appropriate manager maintaining the extended functionality (fillable, drop down, script, etc.).

I've tested the process and the recipient (of page 1 and 2) cannot use the extended functionality. The form turns into a static PDF.

What should I do?

It's difficult to say what's wrong without seeing the form in question and knowing what PDF viewer the recipient is using.

If the form is an Acrobat PDF, then the form can send the submission using an ASP.net server side script. ASP.net along with iText can preserve usage rights, rename the file name with field values, and send the form using an existing SMTP account which can bypass client side email software such as OUTLOOK. As far as showing the hidden page #2, i don't know what you mean, so I would have to inspect the form to further assist you. Please post a link to the PDF or private message me with a link. Thanks.
