Redownload/old version?

Question

I order Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Student and Teacher Edition (Windows,English) on 02/26/2013. I know, eons ago. But the computer I had it on died (unfortunate accident with a glass of water). I would really like to download it again, and not have to buy a new version. But this option doesn't show up in my account. I have the serial number, and tried that way, but it says that the serial number is already registered, and won't give me an option to find it (in products or, order history).

I am at a loss on what to do next. The FAQ says links are good for three years, which I am about a month short of. Any ideas? Or am I out of luck and have to buy it again.
