Refresh a dashboard panel from backend with out effecting the page.Can someone please help ?

Hi,

We need to do refresh for dashboard panel from backend .

Currently,we are using autorefresh of 30 secs to dashboard panel, and it is refreshing for 30 secs. But for every 30 secs it is loading and giving us the results and this looks weird for business users as this is loading very regularly.Hence we need to do refresh from backend so that loading will not be visible to users from frontend.

Could someone please advise how we can stop screen jump on autorefresh for a dashboard panel. Screen jump doesn't look good for every refresh (Our refresh window is 30sec) .
