Refuses to recognize my serial #

I HAVE THE DISK. I HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER  for Adobe Acrobate 8 Professional.

It does not even recognize the serial number.


Where can I mail this to, to get a replacement.

I know it is out of date, but I would be happy with an out of date replacement.

Hi ,

I am sorry however we do not support Acrobat 8 anymore.

I would request you to opt for the latest Acrobat DC for a better performance and experience.

There would be no replacement possible for such older versions.
