regarding stamps. I want to use a stamp but it goes to the bottom

In my doc are fields that I show/hide. So, now I've created a stamp. But, this is strange. When I go to apply the stamp it then goes to the bottom of the fields and I can only see a portion (or not at all) of the stamp. Is there a way of placing the stamp on top of the fields, I mean in front of the fields. Not behind the fields. Is there a solution or is that the way it is and I'm not going to be able to mix it up?

Form fields and annots are always the top layer. You cannot stamp on top of form fields, nor say which form field is "on top" reliably.

So, if I want to see the stamp I would have to delete any field that is in the same place as the stamp? I'll have to try that. Thanks for the input. I kinda saw that would not be possible. I'm still learning.
