Register product message for already registered product

I have Acrobat 8 Standard for which I continue to get message pop up upon opening PDF to register.

I have already confirmed product is registered.

I find that bRegisterProduct=0 is missing from \FeatureLockDown] in win 10 registry file.

How do I fix this?
