Reinstall Acrobat XI Pro
How can i deactivate a license on a computer without Access, because a damage of the harddisk.
I have the original Software media and the license number.

You can't. Just install it on the new computer and if there's a problem with the activation contact Adobe and they should be able to help you sort it out by resetting the activations counter.
