Reinstalled OS without deactivating Acrobat Standard DC

I have reinstalled Windows 7 on my computer and did not deactivate my copy of Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. Now when trying to activate it says "serial invalid". I can't get in touch with anyone at Adobe to reset this. Is anyone here able to help?
