Remove DC from CC app

Seems I cannot get rid of this DC update in the CCapp (W10)

Program is long gone from my system.

Went back to Acrobat 9.

alas did not work.

Cant even run the CC app uninstaller.

Keeps telling me apps are in use, even though I closed everything in the Control panel.

you've uninstalled all your cc programs via the control panel?

restart your computer

and use the app to install your cc programs.
