Removing Metadata from PDF

How do i remove all metadata from a PDF in Acrobat Pro CC?  When i view properties of a document i don't want any of the dates, info or creation methods viewable.

Can i do this?

Yes, save as an optimized PDF, where you can choose to remove the metadata and other unwanted info under Discard Objects, Discard User Data, and Clean up. In Acrobat DC you would Save-as Other.
