Good Day may i ask for help if the sent email format in adobe fill and sign can be modified, wherein the review and sign tab buton Can be at the buttom after the message. Just like this attached jpeg.

Sorry to say, there's no such preferences setting that would allow you to move/modify the "Review & Sign" icon.
