Right click to Convert to PDF Missing

I have Acrobat Reader DC.
I have windows 10 enterprise software.

New business laptop.

On my old machine, I used to be able to right click on a jpeg and convert to a PDF. How do I add that function? I don't see it.

Any help would be appreicated

You need Adobe Acrobat. Acrobat Reader can't create PDF files.
