Rotate and extract pdf pages without losing filenames

I currently make pdfs of AutoCADs that end up rotated 90° clockwise. At times I have MANY AutoCAD pdfs that need to be rotated into correct position. Right now I have to rotate each one individually in order to keep their original file name. How can I rotate all the pdfs at once and extract them individually without losing their filenames?

Might there be a JavaScript to do this?
