Sam [can't open files sent as email attachment]

I upgraded to Adobe DC and now I can not open Adobe files that are sent as an attachment in an email. I tried reinstalling and the online help is no help. suggestions?

Adobe is the COMPANY name... do you mean Acrobat, and that you can't open PDF files?
