Save As Javascript

Hi all,

I need a script that will run a save as function allowing it to auto name the file from certain field names. I know this would have to be a folder level script, but I wanted to know if it is possible to have a dialogue box come up for the save allowing you to navigate to the folder you want to save as (the folder location won't always be the same)

Is this then executed using a button?
