Saving a PDF attachment in PDF Form

I've created a PDF that has attachments to other PDF files when applicable, the only problem is that I cannot get them to save on any other computer but mine. I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. Is this a simple matter that I'm just over thinking. Thanks

Get the Cannot Save Form Must Print screen, the word document works fine.
