saving digital signature

I have sent many files for digital signature.They've all been signed & sent back to me. How do I save each one individually?

I do not understand the question. You sent out several PDF files, each of them was signed and returned to you, also as separate files, so what's the problem? Or has whoever signed those files combined them into one PDF before signing? If the latter then there is no way to break them up without invalidating the signature because a digital signature covers the whole file.
