I have a fillable PDF that after I save it, it opens blank when uploading to an eDigital signing program.... ( it looks fine when i open but after I upload the same document- it is BLANK..

I tried to open in Mac Preview- BLANK

I tried to make a copy and save that- BLANK

Help!  I can't Print a 1 page contract and then rescan and upload...  I need to be able to save to desktop and immediately upload for signatures!

( I use a Mac Book Pro-  just got a new one-  never had a problem with my 2012 laptop.)

SO FRUSTRATING!!

There is no need to Reader-enable your form. Form filling and saving is a feature that is supported in the free Adobe Reader version XI and later (it was not in Reader X and earlier and you needed to reader-enable forms for these earlier versions of Reader).

What "eDigital signing program" are you using? The file looks fine when you open it right away after filling the form, but it's blank once you upload it, I would suspect that this digital signature application is doing something to the contents of this document.

I followed these instructions:

Seems that the PDF is not reader extended.

Please make sure that the PDF is Reader Extended using Acrobat application.

Open the application in Acrobat, navigate to Save as other  -> Reader Extended tools -> Enable more tools. Save the PDF.

Now, open the PDF and fill it. Make sure you Save the PDF after filling the data. This should fix your issue.

But I don't have that option...  I have attached a screen shot:

Ive been reading all the forums and it looks like this is an impossible task.  How do I download a version that can allow me to do this.  I just switched computers and didn't have a problem with my older computer.  Is there an older/different  version of Adobe that I can use?
