Saving ruler guides...

I'm using ruler guides to align objects in my document.  At the end of the time I have to work on the document, I save and close it. When I open it again to continue working on it, all the ruler guides are gone and I have to put them in place again.

Needless to say, this is a pain.

Is there a way to keep the ruler guides visible every time I open the project?

I'm using Acrobat XI Pro.
