Saving seperately filled out PDF Forms

I've just created a digitally fillable PDF that I am trying to use at an upcoming trade show. I would like to have the PDF on an ipad for people to fill out and I would like to save all of the filled-out forms separately. What is the best way to do this?

Note: I've tried saving a filled-out version of the form separately, but it will not let me do so in the same folder, even when I try to save it under a different file name. Ideally, I'd like to save them all in one folder with the file names being differentiated by adding the client/company name at the end of it. If anyone knows how to do this or a different/better way, that would be great.
