script to reset document properties

I have 200 acrobat documents that need to have the following properties modified on each one:

Page scaling set to NONE

Security

   password security

   compatibility:  Acrobat X and later

   permissions

      restrict editing

      printing allowed, high resolution

    Enable text access for screen reader devices for visually impaired

Any thoughts on a way to script for each one?
