SDK -- the index.html page for Acrobat11_0_HTMLHelp won't load for me

I downloaded and extracted the Acrobat 11 SDK, then further unzipped the Acrobat11_HTMLHelp system.

The index.html page won't display for me.  I looked at the index.html file and it looks like it wants to run some code to do a self-contained help system.

I work at a DoD site, so it's possible that outside scripts are being blocked.

Is there an online version of the Acrobat 11 help system, similar to one I found at http://help.adobe.com/livedocs/acrobat_sdk/9.1/Acrobat9_1_HTMLHelp/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm?href=IAC_DevApp_Arc… for Acrobat 9?
