I have made a fillable form/report that I want to place on certain computers. An employee should be able to open and fill out the form/report.  Once its completed I want the form/report to be saved and emailed automatically to certain people. (figured that part out, not a problem)...What I need is to have it completely blocked from ANY changes once it reaches the new destination and after it being saved.  Can this be done?  Am I able to set up some sort of security that once the "SAVE" Button is pressed no one but me can change the fillable portions?  Please help!!

Hi dazednconfused,

You can restrict any kind of changes in the document by enabling password security and restricting editing ,copying or printing.

Here is a link on how to do that :Securing PDFS with passwords, Adobe Acrobat

Let us know if you face any issue.

Thank You!
