Send filled form from iPad

I'm attempting to create a pdf form that can be sent to an iPad, filled out, then touch a submit button to send it back to me completed.  I have the form built and the button added.  All the fields work correctly but when I touch the submit button on my iPad it does nothing.  Can anyone help me finish this form out so it functions like I'm wanting it to?
