send for comments unreliable

Possible bug.

Every now and then (maybe 10% of the time) in the process of initiating an email review—I think it occurs when I click the button to choose the PDF file—the yellow "Please review...Send Comments" bar gets inserted across the top of my copy of the PDF, as if someone else had initiated the review. It still generates the "Please join the review..." email, but when my clients send back the PDF, I don't get the usual Merge Comments/Open Just This Copy window when I open the PDF, and the PDF is not listed in the Sent list of the Tracker. I'm currently using Acrobat Pro DC, but this has happened in previous versions as well.
