How do I Automatically Send a PDF for Shared Review?

In PDF, there is an option called "Send for Shared Review" .

Can we have "Send for Shared Review" functionality inside the asp.net web page.

I have uploaded a pdf file to server using asp.net web, in Addition to that, i need to share that pdf file to multi user for commenting.

Is there any sdk available to add these functionality in asp.net ?

At this time, that functionality is not exposed in a way that you can access it.
