Send for Signature process changes Prefill value

I have numerous fields with pull down lists that all "Allow user to enter custom text".  If custom text is entered during the Prefill stage and the document is saved and then "Sent for Signature", the custom data is not saved and is replaced by the Default values for the list.

This is a dangerous bug.
