sending a document through email

     Hello I have created a document like and application for someone to fill sign and email back.   however when I try to send it though adobe it goes through the steps for the account and I enter my profile and enter the recipiants email and it seems to send it.  from there though it never gets delivered and I have tried many different types of email providers sucjs as gmail. yahoo, outlook. and notne of them receive the email.  also I never get any sort of error like this coldnt be sent, or anything.  so does anyone know what the problem is?

If you are using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, then you can sent through "Send & Track" option not Attach to email. (in the send & track option there's a two option to choose, do it any one of them..
