serial number has been revoked

Just installed a new copy of Acrobat XI and got a serial number has been revoked.  Going through the "contact customer support" link is absolutely no help at all.  Gets into an endless loop.  Does customer support even exist???  Is there no way to contact a human??  Help anyone?  I'm IT and don't have time for these kinds of delays.
