Serial Number Issues - Adobe Acrobat Pro 9

Question

Hello,An employee from our company, Practice Velocity, purchased a few years back the Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 suite.  Since then he has left our company, but another employee here is trying to install this onto his computer to use instead of wasting it.  The serial number we have for it will not allow us to download it onto his computer.  Can you please help us reinstate this?Thanks,Olivia Primeaux[removed-kglad]
