Serial number unknown

Hello.

I took over the job as Admin. I had to reinstall a PC and thereby reinstall Acrobat XI Pro also. When registering Adobe Acrobat XI he asks me for a previous version, since I only have a valid upgrade with Serial.
Unfortunately I can not find any information about a previous version and the products were not registered with Adobe.

Is there the possibility of Acrobat Pro XI to use or I have to buy a full Version?

Seems Acrobat XI was an upgrade from one of the previous Acrobat version. You will have to select previous Acrobat version & enter its serial key to to activate Acrobat XI upgrade.

Please try to look for the previous records to find the details.
