I work for a very small city that purchased adobe acrobat pro X 4 or 5  years.  We recently had some computer problems and have lost the serial # that we had. Is it possible to request the serial # be sent to the email address we registered with?

Even better, logon to the Adobe website with the AdobeID under which you registered the products and you should be able to then retrieve those serial numbers online.
