Session Times out

I have Adobe Pro and want to upload document to send vie email for digital signature.  I also have a Echosign/Esign account.  When I try to connect to Esign directly from Adobe Pro and upload my document I get the following message: "Your Session has time out. Please close the window and try again."  I have closed it several times and tried but always gives me this message.  How do fix this?
