Shorcut View text box number

Hi folks,

By accident I clicked some buttons and was able to get my form to display a text box number and now I cant seem to find the command

Would anyone happen to know how i can display the number of the text field box in the top left hand corner - i found a video online but the number just appeared - it would be helpful to know
