Show/hide pages in form

Hello! I am creating a form that has essentially an unlimited number of pages. I am creating equipment checklists and would like do one of 2 things:

Create a button on page 1 that shows/hides page 2. Then, create a button on page 2 that shows/hides page 3.... and so on.

Create a Template page. Spawn it when you want to show page. Delete that page when you want to hide it.

Ideally, this form will be used from tablet devices and this is not a practical solution for me.
