Signature Box

I have a form with multiple signature boxes. the form has a sequence, someone has to fill a specific text Boxes and sign and send the form to another person to fill the rest of the text Boxes and sign. I need a java script that when the first person sign, some Boxes enabled and some boxes disabled.
