Signature, Date and Saving Help

I created the PDF from Word using Acrobat DC.  Signature and Date block added.  I created this document for my office and need to have clients sign and date document and then would like to either email or save to local drive.  I have 3 questions.

1. When document signed, signature does not always save into box. It has to be moved and sized.  How do I get signature just in box?
2. I researched how to place date automatically in date box, but can't seem to make it work.  Please help with step-by-step to achieve this.
3. What is the best way to use program so that the document can be used again by another client without the previous person's signature on it.
